What is the difference between synthetic and human hair wigs?
Human hair wigs offer the most natural look and feel, allowing for heat styling and custom coloring. Synthetic wigs are pre-styled and hold their shape after washing, making them a more affordable and low-maintenance option.
How do I choose the right cap size for my head?
Most of our wigs are 'Average' size, fitting head circumferences of 21.5 to 22.5 inches. We recommend measuring your head circumference from the front hairline, behind the ear, to the nape of the neck and back to the starting point.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my wig if it doesn't suit me?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on wigs that are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and lace intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
How should I care for and wash my ManeWigs unit?
We recommend washing your wig every 10-15 wears using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Always air dry on a wig stand to maintain the integrity of the cap and hair fibers.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers to ensure your privacy. The sender name will appear as 'MW Logistics' on the shipping label.
