To maintain hygiene standards, any hairpiece that has been cut, colored, or chemically treated is ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a return authorization request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig in its original silk bag and box, ensuring the lace is uncut and all protective nets and tags are securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists confirm the unit is in its original state, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
